Thursday 16 April 2026 Getting Ready to Welcome Our Students into Our New Building Following our move into the new building, staff have been busy unpacking and getting everything ready to welcome our students. Classrooms and shared spaces are being carefully set up, resources organised, and finishing touches added to ensure a smooth and positive start. There is a real sense of excitement as the building begins to take shape as a vibrant learning environment, and we are looking forward to welcoming students into their new school very soon.

Monday 13 April 2026 A New Chapter Begins – We’ve Moved In! The wait is finally over, and we are delighted to share that we have now moved into our new Islip Manor building. After months of anticipation, it has been incredibly exciting to see our students and staff settling into this modern, state-of-the-art environment. The new building provides fantastic facilities and inspiring spaces for learning, and it has been wonderful to see it already coming to life. This marks a significant milestone for our whole school community, and we are proud to begin this exciting new chapter together.

Friday 27 March 2026 Preparing for the Move to Our New Building There's a real sense of excitement across the school as preparations for the move have begun. Staff have been busy packing up classrooms and workspaces, emptying cupboards and drawers, and carefully placing resources into crates ready for the big move. Corridors and offices are steadily transforming as everything is organised and prepared for relocation. It's a busy time for everyone, but also a significant and positive milestone as we take these important steps towards moving into our new building and beginning the next chapter for our school community.

Thursday 26 February 2026 New Build Progress Update! We are delighted to share an exciting update on our new Islip Manor building, being delivered by Kier. As of February 2026, fantastic progress has been made, and as you can see in the latest drone footage (below), our building is now almost complete. We are on track for handover in April 2026, shortly after the spring holidays. This is a hugely exciting milestone for our school community, and we look forward to welcoming students and staff into our building — a modern, state-of-the-art environment designed to support learning and success for years to come.

Tuesday 16 December 2025 Year 11 Art Gallery Showcases Creativity and Talent The gallery showcased a wide range of artwork produced as part of the GCSE Art course, highlighting students' experimentation with different media, techniques and themes. From detailed drawings and paintings to mixed-media pieces, the exhibition reflected both the technical skill and personal expression of our young artists.

Tuesday 11 November 2025 Charity Fundraising Success at Islip Manor High School 2025–26 We are thrilled to celebrate the fantastic fundraising efforts of our school community so far this year. Through a series of events, including walks, coffee mornings, and awareness campaigns, we have collectively raised an amazing £2,743.17 for three remarkable causes.

Wednesday 5 November 2025 Islip Manor High Welcomes Willow Tree Y5 Students for Autumn Science Investigations The Islip Manor High Science Department was delighted to welcome Year 5 students from Willow Tree Primary School for a series of exciting autumn-themed science investigations. The two big questions of the day were: “Why do leaves change colour?” and “Why do slugs and snails need slime?”

Tuesday 3 December 2024 A vision taking shape As the year draws to a close, students and staff at the school joined partners from Kier Construction and the Department for Education (DfE) to celebrate a year of remarkable progress. The topping out ceremony, held on Monday 2nd December 2024, marked a key milestone in the construction of the school’s new state-of-the-art building, symbolising the transformation taking shape and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.

Friday 19 July 2024 Groundbreaking Ceremony Marks New Chapter We celebrated a significant milestone on Thursday 18th July 2024, with a Groundbreaking Ceremony to commemorate the beginning of construction of their new state-of-the-art building. This symbolic event brought together select students, staff and Governors, The Mayor of Ealing - Councillor Yvonne Johnson, the Kier Construction team and the Department for Education to mark the start of an exciting new chapter for the school.
