Year 10 Interform Basketball: Congratulations to 10S!

On Monday 19th October, our Year 10 students took to the court for the return of our much-loved Interform Basketball Competition, bringing plenty of enthusiasm, determination and competitive spirit to the games.

Interform competitions are an important part of school life at Islip Manor High School, providing students with opportunities to represent their tutor groups, develop their sporting abilities and strengthen friendships through teamwork and healthy competition.

Throughout the competition, students demonstrated fantastic sportsmanship, encouraging their teammates, supporting one another and showing resilience and determination in every game. It was wonderful to see such positive participation from across the year group, with students embracing the opportunity to compete and celebrate each other's efforts.

The competition was a fantastic reminder of how sport can bring students together, build confidence and develop valuable skills such as communication, collaboration and leadership.

A huge well done to all the Year 10 forms who took part, and a massive congratulations to 10S, our well-deserved Interform Basketball champions! 🏆

We look forward to seeing more exciting Interform competitions throughout the academic year!
